About Wendy
Wendy has worn many hats since 1992, Realtor, Medical Device Consultant, Artist, and Registered Nurse. Her passion for people, not being afraid to get down in the trenches and her CAN DO approach has produced a very fulfilling professional life. 1998 was the year that Austin became her forever home, and she considers this move, in general, THE best of her life. She was born in Tyler, Texas. However, Van was where her entrepreneurial spirit was captured at a very young age as she was surrounded by artists, welders, and builders. A deep appreciation for art and architecture paved the way to her true love; real estate. She is in the business of helping people and loves to go to bat for her clients.
She's passionate about representing both Buyers and Sellers, in addition to assisting Landlords and Tenants in their real estate transactions. Her specialties include single-family homes and condos. She works hard to find and sell clients' homes throughout South, Central, East, North and West Austin, Pflugerville, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander, Liberty Hill, Georgetown, Hutto, Buda, Kyle and Dripping Springs. Wendy is a true advocate, and earnestly enjoys the process of guiding clients through the purchasing and/or listing process. Her strong communication skills, extensive knowledge of the real estate industry, detailed research, a network of contacts, and the ability to educate have led to her success.
Wendy has lived on the east side since 2013 and is totally in love with the scene. In her free time, she enjoys bouldering, exploring new restaurants, and traveling. Wendy has been a featured mixed media artist in the East Austin Studio Tour for the past 6 years. She often hangs out with family, friends, her Frenchie, Herman, and labrador retriever, Master P. She is the great-aunt of Zander and Spencer and is responsible for teaching them all of the "bad" things. She is a music junkie and lives to see live performances. Her niece is the lead singer for Austin's funk band, A-Town GetDown, and she is a proud member of The Jamily. She also enjoys volunteering for Foundation Communities, Habitat for Humanity, and the Central Texas Food Bank.
